Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. This includes Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands at no surcharge, although delivery to those areas can take a little longer. We cannot deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses, and we are not able to accept orders from outside the UK.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. We dispatch Monday to Friday only.

Delivery times

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. These are estimates rather than guarantees — once a parcel is with the carrier, timings are outside our control.

In any event, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the day after your order is accepted, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If we cannot, you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date, email customerserviceuk@sefam-medical.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Where an order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not able to refund orders delivered correctly to an address supplied in error.
